Eric Chelle has penned a farewell message to MC Oran fans after quitting his role as head coach of the club.
The 47-year-old will be unveiled by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) on Monday.
The former defender took charge of MC Oran for the last time in an Algerian Cup clash against ES Setif on Saturday.
“After a nice adventure with MC Oran, I announce today the end of my journey with the club. This decision has not been an easy one to make, but it is in mutual respect and for the good of all parties,” Chelle wrote on Instagram.
“I wish you all the best for the future, and I will continue to follow the MCO with affection. Oran and the Mouloudia will always remain in my heart.
“I also thank my agent for his professionalism and companionship throughout this journey.
“A huge thank you to you, the supporters for your passion, energy and unconditional love for this legendary club. And finally, to the Algerian people, who welcomed me with incredible generosity and warmth. I keep from this experience unforgettable memories and only good moments.
