With the settlement of the original inhabitants of the land acquired for the development of an ultra modern city in the Federal Territory, the managers of the Centenary City Abuja today (Tuesday) opened their doors for full scale business.
Centenary City Developers, FZE, the main owners of the gigantic project has today at the site in Abuja launched its First Co- development opportunity called The Grove, which saw Alhaji Baba Hassan Dantata being unveiled as one of the serious co- developers to identify with the project.
Speaking at the elaborate event witnessed by both local and international media at Centenary City Abuja Sales Center located at Wawa District International Airport Road, Abuja, Dantata revealed that he has decided to partner with the Centenary City Abuja managers to build an edifice in the city.
He said that his company is building a 6-floor building to be called Buhari Towers, explaining that it will contain from 120 to 125 Apartments and will be seating on 9, 000 square metres of land among other features.
Dantata also said that the apartment which he called Buhari Towers will be an ideal residential apartment for medium and low income earners especially the civil servants who he said can afford it through mortgage.
The businessman cum developer said that the apartment could go for N15 million, pointing out that there are immense benefits for residents as modern facilities are in abundance in the Centenary City Abuja.
