Holders Al Ahly will face Algeria’s Belouizaid, Orlando Pirates of South Africa and Cote d’Ivoire’s Stade Abidjan in Group C of the CAF Champions League.
Democratic of Republic Congo giants and former champions, TP Mazembe, Young Africans of Tanzania, Al Hilal of Sudan and Algeria’s MC Alger will slug it out in Group A
Former Champions Mamelodi Sundowns of South Africa, Raja Casablanca of Morocco, AS FAR of Morocco club and AS Maniema Union are in drawn in Group B.
Esperance of Tunisia, Pyramids FC, Esperanca Sagrada of Angola and Djoliba of Mali are in Group D.
The top two teams in each group will qualify for the quarter-finals.
The group stage, according to CAF will kick -off in November, 2024.
Prompt News reports that the draw was held in Cairo, Headquarters of CAF. Earlier, draw for CAF Confederation Cup was held at the same venue.
