AAA Genk dazzling winger Moses Simon has been ruled out of the Super Eagles team to the FIFA World Cup in Russia following confirmation of injury after a scan carried out in London.
Prompt News Online recalls that he was injured during a recent training camp in Uyo, Akwa Ibom state ahead of last international friendly match against DR Congo in Port Harcourt.
Eagles team doctor had earlier turned in his report to the Technical Adviser Gernot Rohr in Uyo but Moses disputed the report which prompted the authorities to take him to London for another scan.
But, London Doctor this afternoon confirmed that all-action player will still need four to six weeks to be fully fit to play competitive football after he hurt his thigh in training.
For this reason, Rohr has finally dropped him while he still needs to drop one more player from the list going to Russia.
