The General Manager of Kwara United FC of Ilorin, Haruna Maigidansanma, has praised the decision of Nigeria Football Federation’s (NFF), awarding the club three points and three goals.
The NFF’s Organising and Disciplinary (O&D) Committee, O&D judgment came after Teap FC of Abuja abandoned a week 29 match of the Nigeria National League (NNL), encounter in Ilorin on Sat. Nov.1.
The Kwara United manager while speaking with newsmen on Tuesday in Ilorin, said he was happy because the decision reflects that the NNL followed the rules and regulations of the game to the letter.
Maigidansanma reminded the team that the job is not done yet and asked them to be focused to ensure the team gained promotion to the Premier League.
He commended the fans and supporters of the club for their maturityand support so far and urged them to further support the club with prayers.
“We need the prayers of all Kwarans because the job is not done yet, until the last match in Kaduna”
“The Ranch Bees match is very important, that is why we need the prayers of Kwarans now”
“On our part, we will ensure we support the team with necessary logistics” Maigidansanma said.
The Kwara United manager assured the players and the technical crew that the management would do everything to support them to gain promotion.
He commended the state governor, Abdulfatah Ahmed, for giving the team his unflinching support and assured his management will not disappoint him.
