    Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan has issued a “final warning” to protesters to leave Gezi Park in central Istanbul. “Our patience is at an end. I am making my warning for the last time,” he said. Clashes between police and protesters in the park and adjoining Taksim Square have continued for nearly two weeks. Activists have said they will not leave until the government abandons plans to redevelop the park. Mr Erdogan’s party has proposed a referendum on the issue. The death has occurred of Hajiya Sahura Umar Tijjani wife of the Senior Special Assistant (SSA Media) to the Vice President, Umar Sani. She died at a hospital in Cairo after a protracted illness.  Until her death, Hajiya Sahura Umar was a nursing student in Kaduna  and aged 32. She was a devout Muslim and a community leader who will be missed by her peers. She is survived by her husband, four children and her aged parents. May her departed soul rest in peace.     The Federal Executive Council (FEC) is set to approve the scrapping of about 220 federal agencies, commissions and parastatals baring last minute change. Presidential Media Adviser, Reuben Abati dropped the hint during post-Cabinet meeting on Wednesday. According to him, Council has commenced deliberation on the draft ministerial white paper following the submission of the Orosanye Committee report. Last year, President Goodluck Jonathan had set up Steven Orosanye-led Presidential Committee charged with the responsibility of restructuring and rationalizing federal government agencies, commissions and parastatals.       Pa Olayiwola Olagunju, better known as Fatai Rolling Dollars, is dead. The 84-year-old veteran high life musician died early on Wednesday at Ahamadiya Hospital in Agbado Ijaiye area of Lagos State. The Yoyo Bitters Ambassador, reportedly said to have been down with an ailment for several weeks, eventually died in the hospital where he had been receiving treatment.
