Ahead of the 2015 general election, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), has taken delivery of 20 million permanent voter’s card. The Resident Electoral Commission (REC), in charge of Akwa Ibom, Gabriel Ada, announced this on Thursday in Uyo at a stakeholders meeting organized by the electoral body.
