Med-View Airline on Sunday announced that the first batch of 805 pilgrims that performed this year’s 2013 Hajj in Saudi Arabia have arrived in the country. According to a statement by Oyibotha Obuke, on behalf of the airline, the pilgrims landed at the Murtala Muhammed Airport, Lagos and the Ilorin Airport. Also, another 298 pilgrims from Ondo State arrived at the Ilorin Airport aboard the airline’s B767 aircraft at 5.30am. Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited, operators of the domestic terminal of the Murtala Muhammed Airport, Ikeja, Lagos State, has asked the Federal High Court Lagos to commit three top officials of the Federal Airports Authority to jail for contempt of court.
