The Imo Police Command says it is trailing the killers of a Police Inspector, identified simply as Charles. The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) gathered that Charles, who was kidnapped a few weeks ago, was found dead recently in a bush in Oguta Local Government Area of the state. The World Bank Group’s private investment arm and guarantee agency have pledged more support for the first private telecoms operator in Ethiopia, Safaricom Ethiopia. In September, investment arm the International Finance Corporation (IFC) said it planned to inject up to 160 million dollars in equity.
