The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has appointed Hon. Yakubu Audu Buba as Chairman of Plateau State F.A Normalization Committee.
Hon. Yakubu Audu Buba will be assisted by Daniel Kumi as vice chairman to steer the affairs f the association pending when electoral issues are resolved.
Other members include Professor Ishaya Pan, Barr. Dan Gwarzo, Mallam Abdullahi Abubakar Maigero, while Mr. Daniel Langs will be secretary.
The constitution of a Normalization Committee for the Plateau State FA became necessary following the impasse recorded in the process for elections into its board, and was informed by the report of a fact-finding team sent by the NFF to the State.
The Normalization Committee will take charge of the affairs of the Plateau State FA for now, draw a roadmap for conduct of elections into its board, ensure that all eligible stakeholders are provided a level-playing field to participate in the process and superintend the elections.
