Arik Air management has announced that it will resume normal flight operations from 11.00 hours on Wednesday, September 14, 2016.
The airline had on Tuesday afternoon suspended scheduled flight operations, citing inability to finalize documentation related to insurance renewal.
In a statement announcing resumption of flight operations, spokesperson for the airline, Mr. Adebanji Ola, stated “Arik Air, West and Central Africa’s largest airline, is pleased to announce that after a temporary disruption of flights on Tuesday, 13 September pending approval of aircraft documentation related to insurance renewal, it’s scheduled flights will resume as normal operations from 11 am tomorrow, Wednesday September 14, 2016.
“The company expresses its deepest regrets at the unfortunate inconvenience caused to its customers and requests that all booked passengers contact the airline on 01-2799999 or through its ticket offices for rescheduling their flights,” the statement read.
