From Harry Awurumibe in Awka, Anambra
Expectedly, a serving Senator and candidate of Young Progressive Party (YPP), Ifeanyi Ubah has halted the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) clean sweep in the Anambra governorship election as he won his Nnewi North LGA election.
Nnewi-born Ubah’s YPP polled a total of 6,485 to overhaul Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo’s APGA which garnered a total of 3,369 just as the PDP candidate, Valentine Ozigbo and APC’s Andy Ubah recorded 1,511 and 1,278 votes respectively.
