Kogi State Governor, Usman Ododo received Super Eagles goalkeper Ojo Olorunleke at his private residence in Lokoja on Wednesday.
Super Eagles team secretary Dayo Enebi Anchor and chief security officer Frank Adejoh were also received by Ododo.
The trio were honoured by Kogi State’s number one citizen following the Super Eagles impressive showing at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
Olorunleke, Enebi and Adejoh all hailed from the state.
It would be recalled that the Super Eagles finished in second position at the AFCON 2023 finals after losing 2-1 to the Elephants of Cote d’Ivoire in the final. READ ALSO:

Olorunleke was Super Eagles third choice goalkeper at the competition.
The shot stopper was also the only local player in the squad.
