William Troost-EKong will hit the Super Eagles 2023 Africa Cup of Nations preparatory camp on Wednesday.
The centre-back was earlier expected to link up with his Super Eagles teammates on Tuesday.
Troost-EKong’s Greek Super League outfit, PAOK Salonica have however reached agreement with the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) to delay his arrival.
The defender will feature for PAOK Salonica in a league game on Tuesday. READ ALSO:

The 30-year-old will join the Super Eagles at their Abu Dhabi training base the following day.
Jose Peseiro’s men are expected to spend one week in Abu Dhabi before departing for Cote d’Ivoire on Wednesday, January 10.
