Nigeria head coach, Jose Peseiro acknowledged the strength of the Angolan team and has said he is looking forward to a tough contest on Friday.
The Black Antelopes have impressed with their gritty display at the ongoing 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
Pedro Goncalves’ men have recorded three wins on the bounce after playing out a 1-1 draw in the opening fixture against the Desert Foxes of Algeria.
Peseiro reckoned the Angolans will be a tough nut to crack for his side.
“We are ready for the quarter-finals, we will have more trainings, more practice before the game .We will give our best against them,” Peseiro told reporters.
