Nollywood actor, Emeka Ike has disclosed how taking a break from the movie industry became a blessing to him.
The actor, who recently made a comeback in the movie ‘Malaika’, while speaking in a chat with NollywoodNow, said that his absence from the industry gave him the opportunity to build himself a reputable business brand.
It would be recalled that the 57-year-old actor went on an unannounced break from the movie industry after his marriage with Suzanne crashed.
Emeka Ike said he is the owner of Nollywood TV which broadcasts on Startimes and revealed that he is working on other business concepts.
He said, “My absence was not really bad because it gave me room to build more brands apart from Emeka Ike you know.
“I now own Nollywood TV on Startimes and I’m still building other brands that are highly in demand. We are breaking the ice once again. I want to keep entertaining my fans and give them what is expected from me.”
