AC Milan will look to bring in Ademola Lookman in case Portuguese winger, Rafael Leao leaves the club, reports Prompt News.
Leao is a subject of interest from Premier League clubs, Manchester City and Chelsea.
The Serie A champions are locked in talks with Leao over a new long-term contract , but there is a chance the former Lille star could reject their offer for a move abroad.
According to CMW, AC Milan have lined up Lookman as a potential replacement for the Portugal international.
Lookman has been one of the biggest revelations in the Italian top-flight this season.
The Nigeria international arrived Atalanta from Bundesliga outfit, RB Leipzig last summer.
The 23-year-old has scored six goals in 14 league appearances for Atalanta.
