The Month of birth of the Messenger of Allah is Rabiul Awwal, the 3rd Month of Hijrah Calendar, the exact date is 12th and the exact Day was the 2nd day of the week, Yaomul Ithnain (a Monday).
In Commemorating the Birth of the Messenger Muhammad (s.a.w), it will interest you to know that he (s.a.w) also depart this world on a Monday! Like Prophet Adam (a.s) that was created on a Friday, sent to earth on a Friday, and died on a Friday, which of the Days or event will you be commemorating?
In Islam, it is the sense and sensibility in an event that is important, the core Message of Muhammad (s.a.w) which happen to be the core message of previous Prophets before him (s.a.w) is “Your God my God is One God”. Simply put Lailaha Ila Allah, Muhammadu RasuluLlahi Lah. There is no other Deity deserving of worship except Allah and Muhammad (p.b.u.h) is the last Messenger of Allah. This is the message that changed the face of the world and Religion real time.
Before Allah (s.w.t) perfected Religion and named it Islam and the practitioner of Islam, Muslims, the Philosophers hold the aces for the thoughts of the people.
It is interesting how the promoters of hate and divisions in Religion failed when it comes to labeling of Islam. The Philosophers before Islam are not Religion friendly, in fact he says it is the opium of the Masses!
Haters of Religion have consistently defile, defame and downgrade other Religion that came before Islam, however, the same was tried with Islam and at each turn it met with resounding failure. How does this happen?
The Practitioner of Islam were being addressed as Muhammedan in early days, a term that does not exist in the lexicon of Islam. The none Muslim Philosopher was then asked for the meaning of Muhammedan, he said: the followers of Muhammad’s Religion. It means that Muhammad has a Religion. What is Muhammad’s Religion?
During the last pilgrimage of the Messenger of Allah, the answer to the Question of the Philosopher came from the Creator of the heavens and the earth when it was revealed to the Prophet (s.a.w) in the presence of Al-Hujjaj (Pilgrims).
“This day have I perfected your Religion for you and I have named it Islam”.!
The Philosopher against Faith came up with Orientalism, Black Muslim, etc; again Islam did not give room for tribal or sectional sentiment:
“I have created you into Nations, male and female in order for you to know yourselves, the best among you is the most pious”. That is the position of Islam!
Here in Nigeria in other to create suspicion and division. The none Muslim will tell you something like Yoruba Moslem or Hausa Moslem Ibo Moslem etc. again that also fails because the Mosques belong to Allah and anyone can worship at any Mosque he find himself at any point in time. A Muslim from any part of the world will fit into any Mosque for his worship without hassle. A Moslem is a Moslem minus the tag of tribalism!
Again, he came up with funny terms such as fanatics, fundamentalist, and other sick terms; as usual that too fails simply because Allah established Islam and He (s.w.t) has prescribe Islam as a Deen, a way of life!
Sometime you hear of Northern Muslim, Southern Muslim, European Muslim, American Muslim or Muslim America and I wonder at the coinages. The truth is that a Muslim is a Muslim first and foremost before his tribe.
Consistency and Steadfastness:
48:15. Only those are the believers who have believed in Allah and His Messenger, and afterward doubt not but strive with their wealth and their lives for the Cause of Allah. Those! They are the truthful.
48:16. Say: “Will you inform Allah about your religion? While Allah knows all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth, and Allah is All-Aware of everything.
48:17. They regard as favour upon you (O Muhammad SAW) that they have embraced Islam. Say: “Count not your Islam as a favour upon me. Nay, but Allah has conferred a favour upon you, that He has guided you to the Faith, if you indeed are true.
48:18. Verily, Allah knows the unseen of the heavens and the earth. And Allah is the All-Seer of what you do.
The Politics of Capitalist:
The economic politics sets-in and the none Muslim economist came up with Al-Qaeda, Maitasine, Boko Haram, etc. previously Sunnis, Shiites have been coined and to defeat all that, a simple question that was asked is this:
“Was The Noble Prophet and Messenger (s.a.w) of Allah (s.w.t) a Shite, Sunnis, Al-Qaeda! Maitasine, Or Boko Haram? The answer is a resounding NO! What is Muhammad’s (p.b.u.h) Religion? Islam. It then means that Muhammad (p.b.u.h) is a Muslim. Period! Any other schism is a diversionary tactics.
However, answering the Syria and Egypt question, you hear terms like Islamist and when you asked what that means, the Jornalist does not know. To us Islam is the Religion while the Practitioners are Muslims. Every Muslim is therefore Islamist unless of course he is an hypocrite! (May Allahrotect us against such a misfortune -Amin)
When you now take time to reflect on the reasons for all these juggling of terminologies, it is an effort to adulterate Islam as the Faithless Philosopher has succeeded in doing with previous religionsy and to prevent the people to show interest in the Religion of Islam.
Advise to Believers: Suratul Hujuraaat
49:12. O you who believe! Avoid much suspicions, indeed some suspicions are sins. And spy not, neither backbite one another. Would one of you like to eat the flesh of his dead brother? You would hate it (so hate backbiting) . And fear Allah. Verily, Allah is the One Who accepts repentance, Most Merciful.
To all Mankind:
49:13. O mankind! We have created you from a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes, that you may know one another. Verily, the most honourable of you with Allah is that (believer) who has At-Taqwa (i.e. one of the Muttaqoon (pious – see V.2:2). Verily, Allah is All- Knowing, All-Aware.
Consistency and steadfastness:

The essence of life is to know that as you are remembering the Messenger, you should remember the Message and of course put the Message to good use. The Message is Al-Islam, the Book is the Qur’an, the role model is Muhammad, while the duty of the Messenger is to propagate Islam with wisdom and good invite.
