A new movie, “Fantastic Numbers,’’ depicting the story of a set of twins separated at birth, is set for the cinemas on Friday in Lagos.
A production of 2effect Pictures and distributed by Blue Pictures; the twins bump into each other in a dramatic circumstance and become enemies.
According to Yakubu Mohammed, the Executive Producer, the movie addresses cases of children who were abandoned by their parents because they became a burden.
“Those children become orphans and are left all alone to survive. Also, there are relationships that go wrong because of the couples.
“We see women suffering because the men in their lives are their only hope for survival; so, they keep quiet and swallow their bitter pill.
“I don’t want to give out everything before seeing it, but the movie tells us about these and more.”
The plot of the movie addresses cases of children who were rejected and abandoned by their parents for various reasons.
The story depicts twins who were separated at birth but became sworn enemies after they bumped into eachother in the future.
Similarly, triplets who were thrown away by their biological mother led their seperate lives until fate brought them together when they needed eachother the most.
Produced by Uzee Usman and directed by Paul Apel Papel, ‘Fantastic Numbers’ features actors such as Ivie Okujaye, Sani Danja, Sambasa Nzeribe, Funny Mallam and Rahama Sadau.
The movie produced by Uzee Usman, features an award winning cast including 2014 Best Actress in Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA) Ivie Okujaye, award winning actor and globacom ambassador Sani Danja and AMVCA 2017 best actor, Sambasa Nzeribe.
