Oba Adebiyi Adegboye Adesida, the Deji of Akure, is dead.
But, Ondo state government is yet to issue official statement confirming the death of the 63-year-old paramount ruler.
It could not also be confirmed whether he died early Sunday morning or Saturday night.
The monarch ascended the throne as Deji of Akure in 2011, sequel to the deposition of Oba Oluwadare Adesina who was accused of fighting with one of his wives in the public.
