The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has announced dates for the governorship elections in Ekiti and Osun States.
According to the Commission, Ekiti State Governorship election will hold on July 14, 2018.
In the same vein, Osun State Governorship election will hold September 22, 2018.
Ahead of the election, INEC has also fixed April 15, 2018, for commencement of Campaigns for Ekiti Governorship election.
For Osun governorship election, Campaign will start on June 24, 2018.
The incumbent Governors of Ekiti and Osun, PDP’s Ayodele Fayose and APC’s Rauf Aregbesola, respectively were elected in 2014.
