Power Holding Company of Nigeria Plc, Osogbo Business Unit has felicitated with her customers especially the Muslim faithfuls on the celebration of Eid- El- Kabir.
The Electricity Company in a press statement signed by its Public Affairs Manager, Timothy Adesanya, enjoined Muslims to imbibe the teachings of the celebration which emphasised the need for them to be transparent and sincere in the worship of Allah.
Adesanya called on Muslims to remember the needy as they celebrate and pray for continuous peace, tranquility and stability of the country and State of Osun in particular.
The statement also dispelled the rumour going round the business unit that electricity customers need not pay their bills any longer since the Company had been sold to private investors.
Adesanya emphasised that PHCN is still in charge of the company until it is physically handed over to its buyer and consequently , All PHCN customers are advised to continue paying their electricity bills to avoid being disconnected especially during the Sallah holidays.
“All our cash offices will remain opened during the holidays to enable those who want to pay to do so. We will also be around to attend to fault during the period” The statement added.
The Company then promised its customers in the Business Unit of stable electricity supply during and after the Eid- El Kabir.
