An Islamic group, the Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC), has described the death of a former Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari as a gargantuan loss.
Buhari died in a London clinic on Sunday, 13th July, 2025.
“The late ex-president was one of the few leaders of Nigeria who maintained his dignity till death.
“Though often misunderstood, Buhari was a complete gentleman who lived a Spartan life in and out of office. His death is a gargantuan loss to the nation as a whole.
“We commiserate with the nuclear and extended members of his family and we pray that Allah will grant them the fortitude to bear the loss.
“We equally condole with the governor and people of Katsina State as well as Nigerians in general.”
