Arrangements are in top gear for the unveiling of a Mega City by one of Nigeria’s top real estate developers, T.Pumpy Concept Limited, owners of T.Pumpy Estates.

The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of T.Pumpy Concept Limited, Mr. Akintayo Adaralegbe, said the Mega City will redefine luxury and leisure.

Some of the features of the Mega City will include an artificial lake and dam, a lush forest brimming with wildlife, and state-of-the-art sporting facilities, including a mini stadium.

On provision of  modern amenities and facilities, the Mega City will also boast a good road network, internet connection, a business hub, effective water system and reliable power supply and secure neighbourhood.

For easy access, the T.Pumpoy boss said provision would be made for a helipad, saying “join us as we celebrate a vibrant community that’s not just a place to live, but a lifestyle to embrace. The future is bright and we can’t wait to share it with you.”

T.Pumpy Estates are spread across well over a hundred locations in FCT, Ekiti, Oyo and Kwara States.
