Nigerian media figure, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, has urged Nigerian politicians and officials to don traditional clothing when participating in events abroad.
The Big Brother Naija reality TV show host expressed this sentiment in a post on his verified X account on Thursday.
He stated: “I believe that Nigerian politicians and officials ought to wear traditional attire even more frequently when they are overseas.”

In other news, Former Big Brother Naija contestant Erica Nlewedim has responded to a fan who requested her Van Cleef designer bracelet.
The interaction began when the fan, @ThitVince, offered to retweet her posts as frequently as she desired and asked how many retweets would be necessary to obtain the bracelet.
In her response, she indicated that she was not prepared to part with the bracelet.
Instead, she took the initiative to send him money through his account.
Nevertheless, the fan continued to press for the Van Cleef bracelet.
