Nigerian youngster Kparobo Arierhi has completed a move to Norwegian club Lillestrøm SK.
The 17-year-old joined the Birds from Nigeria National League (NNL) side Beyond Limits.
Arierhi will however start playing for the club in January.
” We have reached an agreement in strong competition with many big clubs in Europe. There are still clubs calling his agent and wondering how much LSK will pay for this great talent even before he has made his debut for the club,”sporting director Simon Mesfin told the club’s official website.
” I have never come across that interest. But he will be allowed to continue his development here and score many goals for LSK before he will be allowed to be sold.”
The player was extremely delighted to be back at the club after his previous stint on trial.
“I am very happy to be back here. It’s like a dream for me. I’ve developed a lot since I was here last. The goal is to become so good that I can eventually play for one of the top clubs in Europe,” Arierhi stated.
The talented striker scored three goals for Nigeria at the WAFU B U-20 Championship in Togo.
