The Super Eagles of Nigeria arrived the country on Monday evening after their horrific ordeal in Libya.
Prompt News reports that the contingent landed at the Aminu Kano International Airport around 6pm.
The chartered aircraft will proceed to Abuja and finally to the final destination in Lagos.
The players and their officials were left stranded at the Al Abaq Airport for several hours following their arrival in Libya on Sunday.
The Inhumane treatment meted out on the team forced the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) to pull out of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying matchday four encounter.
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has already condemned the action of the Libyan authorities.
