Raphael Onyedika has been named Club Brugge‘s Player of the Month for September, Prompt News reports.
The defensive midfielder won the highest number of votes (31 percent) to go home with award.
The Nigeria international beat captain Hans Vanaken, Christos Tzolis, Gustaf Nilsson and goalkeeper Simon Mignolet to the individual prize.
Onyedika featured in all of Club Brugge’s five games during the month under review.
The 23-year-old caught the eye with his impressive performance in the UEFA Champions League clash with Borussia Dortmund.
It’s the second time the player will be winning the award since his arrival at Brugge from FC Midtylland in 2022.
