Super Falcons captain Rasheedat Ajibade is up for Spanish Liga F’s Player of the Month for September.
Prompt News reports that Ajibade was on target twice in two outings during the month.
The 24-year-old also registered two assists during the period under review.
The winger bagged an assist in Atlético Madrid’s 2-0 opening day win over Granada.
She scored twice and also recorded another assist in Atletico Madrid’s 4-0 win over Valencia.
The other nominees for the award are Barceona’s Ewa Pajor, Real Madrid’s Caroline Weir, Levante Badalona’s María Llompart, and Athletic Club Femenino’s Nerea Nevado.
