The Police Command in Lagos State says nabbed three suspects for alleged armed robbery on Friday.
The command’s spokesperson, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed this in a post he shared on his X handle @benHundeyin on Friday.
He said the police apprehended the suspects at about 2:00 p.m in the Ibeju-Lekki area of the state.
“Officers of Elemoro Division responded to a distress call on Friday about three young men robbing passersby with a pistol.
“A loaded semi-automatic pistol was recovered from the suspects.
“The suspects led the police to the recovery of 26 live ammunition, ” the image maker said.
The spokesperson said investigation was ongoing.(NAN).
