The Managing Director of Richway Microfinance Bank, Mr. Adenrele Oni, has announced the bank’s strategic commitment to deepening financial inclusion by significantly investing in human capital development, advanced technology, product innovation, and opening more networks in its franchise area for enhanced services.
Oni explained that the efforts were aimed at delivering world-class products and services to an ever-growing customer base in the country.
Despite the challenges posed by the current macroeconomic conditions, particularly for microfinance banks (MfBs), the banker maintained that Richway MfB remained resolute in its mission to support entrepreneurs and the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), recognizing their vital role in driving socioeconomic development across the country.
“We are committed to expanding our operations and extending our reach to the unbanked and under-banked populations, especially among grassroots entrepreneurs.
“Our investments go beyond customer outreach; we are also focused on enhancing our Information and Communications Technology (ICT) infrastructure and building a team of highly skilled professionals which enable us to deliver real-time, efficient services to both urban and rural customers”, Oni remarked.
He further expressed gratitude to the bank’s loyal customers, stressing that the management “deeply appreciates our customers for their continued loyalty and trust in Richway MfB over the years.”
Oni, who is also the 1st Vice President of the National Association of Microfinance Banks in Nigeria (NAMB), reaffirmed the micro finance bank’s mission to build a leading microfinance institution that offers innovative financial products and services tailored to meet the needs of individuals and businesses.
