Nigerian singer and songwriter, Inetimi Alfred Timaya Odon, popularly known as Timaya, has received a number of curses from netizens after he slammed sellers of fake alcoholic products.
The “Sanko” crooner, who seemed to have been scammed by a fake alcoholic drink seller, made the call through his official page on X (formerly Twitter).
The singer cursed that it will never be well with sellers of fake alcoholic products.
He tweeted, “It will never be well with people that sell fake alcohol. Amen.”
However some netizens have reacted to the situation, laying curses on the singer for supporting Tinubu during the last presidential campaign.
An X user @Ceasarokoli said “But you supported someone with a fake certificate and illegitimate mandate.“
Another user, @busy_brain007 said “It shall never be well with people that performed at Tinubu’s pre-inauguration party”.
@lord_of_Nigeria said “You think say we don forget that you sang for Tinubu while we were morning the theft of our election. Enjoy your fake drinks in silence”.
