Napoli manager Antonio Conte admitted he does not know where Victor Osimhen will be playing his football next summer.
Osimhen has an agreement to leave the former Serie A champions this summer.
However, the Nigeria international’s €130m release clause has scared potential suitors away.
Conte stated that the striker must keep working hard despite the uncertainty surrounding his future.
“I spoke to Victor and there are no changes on his situation. He’s a top player,” Conte said in quote relayed by transfer market specialist, Fabrizio Romano.
“He’s Napoli player today so he needs to work hard, even if we’ve an agreement [for his potential exit] and still we don’t know the outcome of this story”.
The 25-year-old scored 15 goals in 25 league appearances for Napoli last season. READ ALSO:
