Former Super Eagles striker Peter Osaze Odemwingie is now a professional golfer.

Odemwingie recently graduated as a Professional Golfers Association (PGA) member.
The 42-year-old took to golf after retiring from football six years ago.
“I’m proud because I challenged myself not only to apply effort in a sport but also academically,” he told the PGA official website.
“I hope my story motivates people to follow suit, whether that’s through The PGA or any other form of studies.”
Odemwingie represented Nigeria 65 times during his active days. READ ALSO:

The former Bendel Insurance player represented Nigeria at two FIFA World Cups and won an Olympic medal in 2008.
He also featured for Premier League clubs; West Bromwich Albion, Cardiff City and Stoke City.
