Chelsea boosted their chances of European football next season, thrashing West Ham 5-0 in a London derby on Sunday.
Palmer opened the floodgate on 15 minutes latching on to a through ball inside the box.
It was his 21st league goal in his first season for the club.
Midfielder Conor Callagher doubled the advantage on the hour mark.
Madueke scored the third from close range in the 36th minute following a corner and teed up Jackson for Chelsea’s fourth in the 48th.
