Nigeria defender Calvin Bassey is in the running for Fulham’s Player of the Month for March.
It’s the first time Bassey has been nominated for the award following his arrival at the Craven Cottage last summer.
The 24-year-old will also been looking to win the individual accolade for the first time.
Bassey was a key performer for the Whites in the month despite their stuttering form.
The versatile defender featured in all five games as Fulham recorded one win, one draw and three defeats.
He will battle Andreas Pereira, Joao Palhinha and Rodrigo Muniz for the award. READ ALSO:

Bassey has scored once in 29 appearances across all competitions for the Cottagers this season.
