Pep Guardiola’s side moved level on points with leaders Liverpool following the win.
Centre-back John Stones error allowed Jean-Philippe Mateta to put Palace ahead on four minutes.
De Bruyne curled in a brilliant equaliser in the 13th minute, and two minutes into the second half Rico Lewis gave City the lead for the first time in the game.

De Bruyne further put the game beyond the hosts with his second goal 20 minutes from time.
Substitute Odsonne Edouard reduced the deficit for Palace four minutes from time.
