Angola players have received monetary rewards for making it to the quarter-finals of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
The Black Antelopes defeated Namibia 3-0 to reach the quarter-finals of the competition last Saturday.
According to Angop, Banco Angolano de Investimento (BAI) has given out five million Kwanzas (approximately N5.41 million) to each Angola player and coaching staff for making it to the quarter-finals.
In a related development, President of the Board of Directors of UNITEL, Aguinaldo Jaime, has gifted each member of the Angolan delegation an iPhone 15, complete with complimentary calls, SMS, and free internet for a year. READ ALSO:
