The Kano State Pilgrims Welfare Board (KSPWB) says it would ensure comfortable accommodation for 2024 pilgrims to Saudi Arabia.
This is contained in a statement signed by the Public Relations Officer of the board, Suleiman Dederi, on Wednesday in Kano.
According to the statement, as preparations for 2024 Hajj continues, the board remains steadfast in its mission to enhance overall pilgrimage experience for intending pilgrims in the state.
Dederi also quotes the Director-General of KSPWB, Alhaji Laminu Rabi’u, as saying “the aim is to ensure that our pilgrims encounter no hardship during their sacred journey of performing Hajj.
“Joint efforts of the board and National Hajj Commission Committee is directed towards securing suitable houses that align with the highest standards of comfort and convenience for pilgrims,’’ he said.
The DG emphasises the board’s commitment to provide serene and good environment for pilgrims and ensure that their main focus is only on the spiritual significance of Hajj. (NAN)
