Equatorial Guinea captain, Emilio Nsue claimed the Nzalang Nacional were lucky not to lose to the Super Eagles.
The two teams battled to a 1-1 draw in their Group B fixture at the Alassanne Quattara Stadium on Sunday.
The Super Eagles were the better side in the game but failed to convert some of the chances they created.
Goalkeeper Jesus Owono was also in inspiring form as he made a number of vital saves in the game.
Nsue accepted that the Super Eagles were better than his side in the game. READ ALSO:

“They were better in the first half, I think we played a very good game. But this is the way. We have to improve on our mistakes,” Nsue said after the game.
“For us here, we are happy with the point, we are not happy with the performance. So, we have to look at the next game.
