Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has rallied the Super Eagles to fight for the trophy at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
The Super Eagles will be gunning for a fourth title at the competition.
Sanwo-Olu believes the team have the quality to win the competition.
“Throwback to this beautiful night of excellence and laughter as we hosted the Super Eagles before they set off for #Afcon2023,” Sanwo-Olu wrote on his X handle on Thursday
“I am looking forward to their first match and the message to them was clear ‘No gree for anybody.

Jose Peseiro’s men will begin their campaign against the Nzalang Nacional of Equatorial Guinea on Sunday.
The Group A encounter will take place at the Alassanne Quattara Stadium, Ebimpe, Abidjan.
