The embattled governor of Rivers state, Sir Siminalayi Fubara and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu are currently in a closed-doors meeting at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
The governor reportedly arrived at the Villa at about 5:35 p.m. and went straight to the President’s Office where both are expected to jaw jaw on the happenings in Rivers state where Fubara is the Chief Executive Officer.
The governor had recently visited the Villa for “a peace meeting” involving the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Ezenwo Nyesom Wike, President.and selected Rivers state elders and politicians.
Prompt News reports that the purpose of the meeting is unknown as at the time of filing this report.
