Gov. Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State has appointed Dr Musa Yahaya-Maikafi as Rector, College of Agriculture, Science and Technology, Lafia.
Yahaya-Maikafi’s appointment is contained in a statement by Muhammad Ubandoma-Aliyu, Secretary to the Government of Nasarawa State, on Thursday in Lafia.
According to the statement, the rector’s appointment takes immediate effect.
It stated that the appointment was in furtherance of the effort toward realising the vision of the institution.
“The appointment is an effort to galvanise the strides toward realising the vision of the College of Agriculture, Science and Technology, Lafia, ” it read.
Until his appointment, Yahaya-Maikafi was the immediate past provost of the College before it was upgraded to a monotechnique. (NAN). READ ALSO:
