The Board of the Nigeria Rugby Football Federation, NRFF, has announced an unprecedented sponsorship deal with SOK Global Sports that will last for five years.
President of the NRFF Dr Ademola Are disclosed this in Abuja during the Federation’s board meeting.
Dr Are revealed that the deal is a multi-million partnership memorandum of understanding with SOK Global Sports to support Nigeria Sevens National Men’s and Women’s teams.
He added that the sponsors have also agreed to be financially supportive to the Federation’s secretariat in carrying out it’s international and local activities.
The NRFF President who gave kudos to all those involved in securing the deal was full of praise for SOK Global Sports following their sponsorship of the country’s men’s National sevens team to the Olympics Qualifiers in Zimbabwe given the short notice they were approached. READ ALSO:

The President however assured that their new partner of the Federation’s utmost commitment to transparency and accountability for the growth of the game of Rugby in the country.
Meanwhile the good news is that the NRFF will be participating in the men’s and women’s Rugby sevens event of the upcoming Africa Games to be held in Ghana in march 2024.
