Calenda announced he will take legal action against Napoli following the recent controversy surrounding their mocking TikTok videos.
Osimhen was furious with the videos and Napoli eventually deleted them.
Napoli released an official statement on Thursday in response, but it was widely criticised for the lack of an apology.
According to Italian publication, Gazzetta dello Sport , Calenda has decided not to file a lawsuit against Napoli following the release of their statement. READ ALSO:

Osimhen’s contract expires in June 2025 and a renewal seems incredibly unlikely at this stage, making a departure within the next 12 months a realistic possibility.
