Wilfred Ndidi has reflected on his superb goal in Leicester City’s 4-1 victory against Southampton last Friday.
The midfielder was among the goal scorers in the big win against the Saints at the St Mary’s Stadium.
Ndidi was on target for the Foxes late in the first half.
The 26-year-old dribbled past his marker after receiving a pass from Stephy Mavididi and then fired the ball into the net.
“The body shape, you know, when Stephy had the ball, my body shape facing the goal was brilliant! Was striker instinct in it,” Ndidi told the club’s official website. READ ALSO:

“So my body shape, I got the ball with my left foot and tried to shoot, faked it and you know what it is.”
The Nigeria international has scored three goals in all competitions for Leicester City this season.
