The Accountant General of the Federation, Dr Oluwayoyin Maidein has expressed readiness to collaborate with Nigeria Custom Service to increase Revenue for the Federal Government.
Dr. Madein gave the assurance when the Acting Comptroller of Customs, Adewale Adeniyi paid her a courtesy visit in her Office in Abuja on Wednesday.
The AGF said her office would co-operate and collaborate with all the Revenue generating Agencies to achieve the Federal Government Revenue target towards Economic Development
She noted that the Nigeria Customs Service is one of the major key organisations which the Federal Government rely on for survival, adding that the NCS played a positive role in Revenue Generation in the Country,s economy.
Earlier in his remarks, the Acting Comptroller General said that his mission is to seek for more support and robust working relationship from the Office of the Accountant General of the Federation.
