Croatian club, NK Istra 1961 have confirmed the signing of Nigerian striker, Salim Fago Lawal.
The former Flying Eagles star put pen to paper on a three-year deal, according to the club.
Lawal was formerly on the books of local club, Mavlon FC.
Mavlon FC received several offers for the player but opted for him to move to Croatia to continue his development.
The 20-year-old featured prominently for the Flying Eagles at the 2023 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Argentina. READ ALSO:

He scored one goal in five appearances for the Flying Eagles at the competition.
