The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has confirmed the death of two persons involved in an auto crash which occurred along the Akure-Owo expressway in Akure, Ondo State capital, on Sunday evening.
Speaking on incident, the state Sector Commander, Mr Ezekiel Son’Allah, said the accident involved a trailer that had no registration number and a private motorcycle, adding that crash was caused by overspeeding.
He said, “Two persons, a male and a female, lost their lives and one person sustained injury in the accident. The identities of the victims are yet to be known.
“The bodies of the dead victims were deposited at the state specialist hospital morgue, in Akure,” the FRSC boss said.
