Shooting Stars head coach, Gbenga Ogunbote has warned his players that the club will not tolerate any act of indiscipline as they begin preparations for the new season.
Ogunbote added that only players who demonstrate the required on and off field qualities will be accommodated into the team’s programme.
“We cannot afford to let down our people this time around, and for us to achieve our aims and objective, we need to put in our best performance wise and also demonstrate positive characters”, the experienced tactician told the club’s media.
The Oluyole Warriors had their first training session on Tuesday morning at the Olubadan Stadium, with both retained and new players taking part.
Shooting Stars made a poor start to last season’s campaign but fought back to beat the drop.
The Ibadan club was also eliminated early from the Federation Cup.
